The Studio

The Studio offers a contemporary rental space for celebrations, dining, meetings, and events for up to 140 people (depending on room set-up).

The Art Space

The Art Space offers a well-lit, quiet, and spacious room for meetings, small celebrations, and workshops for up to 75 people (depending on room set-up).

Main Event Space

Ideal room to host your next party, dinner, workshop, or meeting. Suitable for up to 200 people (depending on room setup).

In a newly renovated building.
Accessibility immediately off the main-level foyer.
Main-level washrooms.
Parking on-site; one block from public transit.

Rental Regulations

If alcohol will be served, renters must secure a ‘Special Occasion Permit’ (SOP) and provide a copy to the MPCC before their rental.

Renters must provide a certificate of insurance for $5 million general liability and naming Manor Park Community Council as additional insured. Coverage is available online through DUUO.

No smoking or vaping.

Cleaning charge is applied to each rental period.

Rental fees must be paid in advance.

Chairs, cocktail tables, folding tables, speakers, and other amenities are available. Rental charges are associated with some rental items.
