Code of Conduct
MPCC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, staff, and volunteers.
Registration & Payment
- Registrations for recreational programs, camps, and events are completed through Amilia SmartRec using a credit card.
- Written withdrawal request is required to cancel enrolment
- Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) is required for Before & After School and Manor Park Child Care Centre
Health & Safety
- Nut-free snacks are required — we are a nut-aware environment
- Medical forms must be completed for child programs
- Child care and camp staff are First Aid aand CPR certified
Weather & Cancellations
Programs may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. Weather-related cancellations are posted on our home page, communicated via email, and posted on social media.
