About MPCC Child Care
MPCC provides licensed child care for children from 18 months- 12 years. Our programs are staffed by qualified Early Childhood Educators and Childcare Assistants. We are proud to be part of Canada Wide Early Learning & Child Care (CWELCC).
Programs operate year-round in our convenient Manor Park neighbourhood locations.

Reduced Child Care Fees
Canada Wide Early Learning & Child Care (CWELCC) (formerly known as “$10 Daycare”) and City fee subsidies are available for licensed programs.
About CWELCC
The Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program provides significant fee reductions. Under CWELCC, families pay a maximum of $22 per day for licensed child care.

Important Distinction
Child care (licensed) is different from recreational programs. CWELCC does not apply to recreational activities or the After 3 program.
