Interested in some off-ice floorball training? Each session is one hour in length, equipment is provided and instructors will run a training session for your team. If a date is available, click on it and fill in the form to register.
Sessions take place at Assumption School, 236 Levis St., Ottawa, Ontario.
First session is free, each additional session is $100.
Off-Ice Training is done for the 2011-2012 season. Please check back in fall 2012 for the 2012-2013 schedule.
